Prosecco DOC
Must-SeeThe everyday sparkle โ light, fruity, affordable (โฌ5-10). Perfect for Spritz and casual drinking. Huge production area across northeast Italy.
Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG
Must-SeeThe premium Prosecco โ from steep hillside vineyards (UNESCO-listed). More complex, mineral, and age-worthy. โฌ10-20. The "Rive" single-vineyard wines are outstanding.
Cartizze DOCG
Must-SeeThe grand cru โ from 107 hectares of prime hillside. Italy's most expensive Prosecco. Rich, peachy, elegant. A different world from supermarket fizz.
Col Fondo (Ancestral Method)
Must-SeeNatural, cloudy Prosecco โ refermented in the bottle (not the tank). Slightly yeasty, complex, and increasingly fashionable. The "craft" Prosecco movement.
Asolo Prosecco DOCG
Must-SeeThe quieter DOCG โ from the Asolo hills east of Valdobbiadene. Less famous, equally good, often cheaper. Great value.
